Who is Toni?
I have called Snohomish County my home for over 35 years and raised my family as a single parent. My career began in public education, followed by a stint managing professional actors, musicians, dancers, and visual artists. I found my
true home with the Snohomish PUD. Most rewarding has been in public service as your PUD Commissioner.
What makes me the right candidate for the job?
Firsthand knowledge of PUD operations makes me the most qualified to be your voice at the PUD. I know challenges utilities face to bring 120-year-old technology into the 21 st Century. I pledge responsible use of your dollars to deliver reliable electricity and water at the lowest possible cost.
My decisions give equal consideration to cost, electricity and water rates and service, help for the most vulnerable customers, system reliability and protecting the environment.
